Stunning 18ct white gold Ceylon sapphire and diamond bouquet brooch. The sapphire flowers are tied together with a lovely sash of diamonds. There are 15 sapphires totalling 8pts and 48 single cut diamonds totalling 2pts. The brooch is from the 1950s.
