Vintage rolled gold double key brooch with hearts. This brooch set is really interesting. The larger key has a double heart design on one side that actually opens up to be a locket with two frames inside. There is a tiny second key that is attached to the larger key by a chain. Both keys and locket have engraved details on them and the locket has "Adele" engraved on one side. Really sweet brooch meaning "key to my heart"
